Arinna Lifesciences Pvt Ltd. registered under company Act on 29 Aug 2013 and started its operation in Jan’14. Currently Arinna associated with trading of Pharma products mainly on neurology & psychiatry speciality.

Arinna shall strive to achieve healthier and happier lives through meaningful and innovative medicines and other health products & services which will meet the needs of the medical practitioners, and their patients. Arinna shall attempt and reach to become the most valued company by providing unsurpassed customer services by building, maintaining and growing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Arinna is also committed to providing and maintaining a safe work environment for the health, safety and welfare of its staff, contractors, visitors and members of the public, who may be affected by our work.

Same time Arinna is committed to integrate environmentally sound and socially responsible practices in all its operations. The company strives to align its business pursuits in a manner that ensures sustainable development and social benefits. Arinna will follow the following in its all business activity.

  • Arinna will follow the prevailing law & regulations of the land.
  • Arinna will obtain all applicable licences & permits as required for smooth function of its activity.
  • Arinna will maintain a safe work environment for the health, safety and welfare of its staff, contractors, visitors and members of the public, who may be affected by its work.
  • Arinna will follow environmentally sound and socially responsible practices in all its operations.
  • Arinna is associated with trading of pharma products within country (i.e. India) hence it will not trade any product or activity deemed illegal declared by the country’s laws or regulations or international conventions and agreements, or subject to international bans on pharmaceuticals or phase out pharmaceuticals as per law of the land.


Arinna will use its discretion to have the service of independent contractor for any type of service wherein he has not recruited any personal for such type of work and ensure that all contractors should follow all the statutory requirements as per law & regulations of the land.

Arinna will ensure that personnel associated with its business activity (may be directly or indirectly associated) should be adult only. It will further ensure that child labourer or forced labourer should not be involved in any of its activity.
